Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles for local and regional routes
- Safely transport freight to distribution centers and retail locations
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Inspect vehicles before and after each shift
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Assist with loading/unloading as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable truck driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Knowledge of Los Angeles traffic patterns and regulations
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility for early morning starts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
