Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class-A commercial trucks for regional deliveries
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology and traffic apps
- Inspect pre/post-trip vehicle conditions and maintain accurate logs
- Load/unload cargo with proper securing techniques
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- Knowledge of Texas/NM highway systems
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app-based dispatch
- Flexibility for early morning start times
