Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight within Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding regions
- Pre-trip inspections and post-trip vehicle documentation
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and DOT compliance records
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Handle loading/unloading operations at client sites
- Communicate delivery status and delays proactively
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Knowledge of Texas roadways and traffic patterns
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
