Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently across regional routes
- Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Deliver goods on schedule while maintaining excellent condition
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Collaborate with loading teams to ensure proper cargo handling
- Document delivery receipts and resolve any discrepancies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong navigation skills and route optimization knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Flexible availability including weekends and overnight shifts
- Excellent time management and communication skills
