Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A CDL) for local/regional routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle compliance
- Load/unload freight using proper equipment and techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate with dispatch team regarding route status
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (Texas or interstate)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable truck driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems
- Flexibility to work early mornings/weekends as needed
- Strong work ethic and punctuality record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
