Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Phoenix metro area
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Handle cash transactions and digital payments accurately
- Report any delivery issues or vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix metropolitan area and surrounding regions
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned shift location
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible morning/afternoon availability
