Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (dry van, reefer, flatbed)
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Navigate efficiently through LA metro area
- Communicate with dispatch and clients
- Minimize idle time to maximize daily earnings
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year OTR or local driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone with GPS and data access
