Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes across Minnesota and surrounding states
- Adhere to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo using appropriate equipment and securement techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation (BOLs, manifests)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Communicate with dispatch team regarding delivery status and route adjustments
- Represent the company professionally with customers and at delivery sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Minnesota roadways and weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while following company procedures
- Willingness to submit to background check and MVR verification
