Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL required) for local and regional deliveries
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Load/unload freight using proper equipment and techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients regarding delivery status
- Navigate complex urban routes and manage time efficiently in SF traffic
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Knowledge of Bay Area geography and delivery protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
