Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end technical recruitment strategies for AI, cloud, and cybersecurity roles
- Develop and implement SEO-optimized job postings and career page content
- Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing on GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech forums
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align recruitment campaigns with SEO KPIs
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance to drive continuous improvement
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM)
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for mid-to-senior level positions
Qualifications
- 5+ years combined experience in technical recruiting and SEO/SEM
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill tech roles with 90%+ retention rates
- Expertise in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs) and Google Analytics
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages, DevOps, and cloud platforms
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for content optimization
- Certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates
- Experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Lever
