Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Vision: Define and articulate the long-term technical roadmap for the company, aligning 2026 goals with business growth strategies.
- R&D Strategy: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, GenAI, Edge Computing) and determine their applicability for future products.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead 'Future Tech' incubation projects, managing pilot programs that push the boundaries of current industry standards.
- Risk Management: Assess technical risks associated with long-term strategic initiatives and implement mitigation frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles, with at least 3 years specifically focused on strategic planning and roadmapping.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), AI/ML paradigms, and Enterprise Systems Integration.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
