Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and anticipates market shifts by the year 2026.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on AI, AR/VR, Edge Computing, and Quantum technologies to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-Suite executives to translate technical possibilities into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Lab Management: Lead a cross-functional team to prototype and validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate the long-term viability and security risks of adopting futuristic technologies to ensure enterprise stability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and gain buy-in for bold initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or enterprise architecture with a proven track record of long-term planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech stacks, specifically Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Cloud Native architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into competitive advantages.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Superior presentation and written communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
