Responsibilities
- Holistic Trend Analysis: Lead the annual horizon scanning process to identify and prioritize technological shifts expected to impact our industry by 2026.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to define the technical roadmap for future product iterations based on predicted trends.
- Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) for viability, risk, and potential ROI.
- C-Suite Advisory: Present complex strategic insights and future scenarios to executive leadership to inform high-level decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business units to foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, R&D, Product Management, or Technology Consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast long-term technology trends and translate them into business value.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Blockchain, IoT).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
