Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision and technical planning for all projects targeting the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development in emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance architectural solutions that support future growth and integration.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and product managers.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select technology partners and vendors that align with our 2026 strategic goals.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
