Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive 3-5 year strategic plan, aligning business objectives with operational capabilities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements to inform strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Product, Engineering, Sales) to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and ROI for proposed strategic projects.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during strategic pivots or expansions.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the success of strategic initiatives and adjust course as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy within the technology sector.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives from conception to execution.
