Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term R&D strategy for the 2026 product ecosystem, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in exploring emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- Identify high-impact opportunities for technological disruption and secure necessary resources for pilot programs.
- Oversee the lifecycle of innovation projects from conceptualization through to commercialization.
- Establish a culture of continuous learning, mentorship, and technical excellence within the innovation department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of emerging technology trends and their potential business applications.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex, long-term strategic initiatives.
