Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning long-term innovation with quarterly business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential startups and disruptive technologies for acquisition or partnership.
- Foster a culture of continuous experimentation and agile problem-solving across engineering and product teams.
- Present complex technical concepts to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders with clarity.
- Oversee pilot programs for new technologies to ensure scalability and ROI.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven track record of leading major digital transformations or launching innovative products in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML trends, Web3, and next-gen web architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic initiatives.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
