Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for organizational resilience and innovation
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic indicators affecting long-term strategy
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight intelligence database
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate technology trajectories
- Exceptional data visualization and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
