Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development and innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact future-state reports for executive stakeholders and investor relations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Monitor global signals and disruptors to maintain competitive advantage
- Mentor junior futurists and drive foresight literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to articulate complex futures
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence points
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
