As a pivotal member of our Global Strategy Division, you'll leverage emerging technologies, market trends, and human-centric design to create actionable blueprints for the next generation of breakthrough products and services. This role demands a blend of strategic foresight, technical acumen, and leadership excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 innovation roadmap aligning with corporate vision and market disruptors
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating futuristic opportunities (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to predict industry shifts and competitive threats
- Design and prototype next-generation solutions using emerging technologies and human-centered design
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation pipeline success
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate technology adoption and commercialization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful futuristic initiatives
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
