Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, validating, and scaling emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with venture capital arms to evaluate and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership quarterly
- Manage innovation portfolio P&L across 12+ concurrent projects
- Establish KPIs for measuring 2026 technology adoption readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in corporate innovation, strategy consulting, or venture capital
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
