Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable strategic initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on future of work, climate resilience, and AI governance
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Present strategic recommendations to Fortune 500 executive teams and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published author in foresight or technology strategy journals
