Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic futures frameworks for clients across healthcare, energy, and AI sectors
- Produce scenario-planning models quantifying impact of exponential technologies
- Present executive briefings to C-suite stakeholders on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Design immersive foresight workshops for cross-functional leadership teams
- Author white papers on 2026 technology adoption curves and societal implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Published research on technology adoption curves or societal impact forecasting
- Proficiency in futures research tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
