- Design scenario-planning models quantifying risks/opportunities in quantum computing and climate adaptation
- Chair cross-functional 'Future Council' with R&D, ethics, and commercial teams
- Represent InnovateNext at Davos, TED, and UN innovation forums
- Curate annual 'FutureProof' conference attracting 5,000+ global thought leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Published peer-reviewed research in exponential technology or systems theory
- Expertise in trend analysis using AI-driven platforms like Gartner or Forrester
- Proven track record advising C-suite on digital transformation and market disruption
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Complex Systems
- Fluency in scenario modeling tools (STELLA, AnyLogic) and data visualization (Tableau)
