Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026+ horizons
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for market evolution and disruption
- Produce strategic briefings on emerging trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Design resilience strategies for organizational adaptation to future workforce models
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize innovation pipelines aligned with future needs
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders using compelling visual storytelling
- Build cross-functional networks with futurists and innovation thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
