Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Bio-tech) to forecast their impact on our sector by 2026.
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to translate strategic foresight into actionable quarterly initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with long-term strategic pivots.
- Lead research initiatives to uncover disruptive market trends and consumer behavior shifts.
- Present complex strategic data to the executive board in a compelling, digestible format.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or a relevant technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing long-term strategies (5+ year outlooks).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with scenario planning, trend forecasting, and horizon scanning methodologies.
