Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures for next-generation applications.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge Machine Learning models, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning for the 2026 roadmap.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI development, ensuring code quality, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Oversee the deployment of AI models into production environments, optimizing for performance and latency.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing engineering teams.
