Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development of the company's 2026 Strategic Vision and comprehensive Roadmap.Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes to forecast future opportunities.Collaborate with C-Suite executives and cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with long-term business goals.Identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies for long-term strategic initiatives.Oversee the integration of AI, predictive analytics, and next-gen infrastructure into core business processes.Present complex strategic data and future scenarios to stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and actionable format.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or technology consulting.Proven track record of successfully leading long-term (5+ year) strategic initiatives and digital transformations.Deep understanding of emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Sustainable Tech.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on influencing and inspiring diverse teams.
