Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable software architectures that integrate cutting-edge AI and machine learning models, anticipating the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Pilot New Technologies: Research, prototype, and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced neural networks, quantum computing interfaces) to determine their viability for core product lines.
- Optimize AI Infrastructure: Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency, latency, and accuracy of our AI-driven services, ensuring they meet enterprise-grade standards.
- Technical Strategy: Develop a long-term technical roadmap that aligns with business goals, focusing on innovation and competitive advantage.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering department.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into tangible product features.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is required.
- Futuristic Outlook: Demonstrated ability to identify emerging trends and adapt existing codebases to support future technologies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
