Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems for enterprise applications
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.) for commercial viability
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish innovation frameworks for ethical tech deployment and sustainable digital transformation
- Manage $10M+ R&D budgets across 3 innovation labs in North America
- Author thought leadership papers published in IEEE and MIT Technology Review
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$100M ARR
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ technologists
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or German for global partnerships
- Patent portfolio with 5+ granted or pending innovations
