Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-level architectural frameworks for AI and Machine Learning systems.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic workflows.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI product development, from prototype to production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, model performance, and ethical AI compliance across all platforms.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and AI governance to scale our intelligence infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience building and deploying large-scale Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and semantic search technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
