Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous transportation to riders via smartphone app
- Maintain clean, reliable vehicle and ensure passenger comfort
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation for efficient pickups/drop-offs
- Complete trips accurately within app guidelines and timeframes
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
- Track earnings and expenses for accurate record-keeping
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer) with valid insurance
- Smartphone with data plan and ability to download app
- Basic knowledge of Baton Rouge area and navigation apps
- Strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
