Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and transport packages to residential/commercial locations
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Verify delivery details and obtain proper customer signatures
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any discrepancies
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift packages up to 60 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication apps
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
