Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Transport students to and from school and school-related activities in a safe, timely manner.
- Maintain order and discipline on the bus while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration.
- Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or student behavior concerns immediately.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus safely.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements.
- Achieved a clean driving record free of major violations.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical exam.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage student behavior.
- Willingness to undergo background training and obtain a fingerprint clearance card.
