Responsibilities
- Provide safe, efficient transportation to riders using the CityRide mobile app
- Maintain a 4.8+ driver rating through exceptional customer service
- Complete 95%+ acceptance rate for ride requests during peak hours
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and compliance with all safety regulations
- Optimize routes using real-time traffic and demand analytics
- Document and report maintenance issues promptly
- Participate in driver incentive programs to maximize earnings
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of experience
