Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring complete satisfaction with every delivery.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the safety and reliability of the vehicle.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, adhering to weight limits and safety protocols.
- Utilize handheld technology for navigation, logging deliveries, and communicating with dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience in a commercial or passenger vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use mobile applications for navigation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
