Responsibilities
- Transport passengers safely and efficiently using the GoRide app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle with all required documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist riders with special needs
- Optimize routes to maximize earnings during peak demand periods
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and complete daily inspections
- Adhere to all traffic laws and GoRide safety protocols
- Track and submit trip details accurately through the driver app
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Smartphone with reliable data connection and GPS capability
- Must own a 4-door vehicle model 2010 or newer in excellent condition
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- No major moving violations in the past 3 years
- Basic knowledge of Jersey City area streets and landmarks
