Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using CityRide's app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle meeting all safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Efficiently navigate Fort Wayne using GPS and real-time traffic data
- Complete trips within designated service areas covering Allen County
- Report maintenance issues, accidents, or incidents promptly
- Track earnings and trip details through the CityRide driver portal
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of experience
- Minimum age of 21 with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2008 model year or newer) in good condition
