Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport freight across dedicated regional routes with on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate electronic logs, pre/post-trip inspections, and compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Ensure secure loading/unloading of freight and proper documentation
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team regarding route conditions and delivery status
- Uphold company safety standards through defensive driving practices
- Complete required paperwork and reporting with precision
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
- Basic proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips and weekend schedules
- Strong communication and time management skills
