Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods across designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve inquiries promptly
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure on-time deliveries
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A/B) or state driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience in a delivery role
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong time management and navigation skills with GPS proficiency
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
