Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Washington DC
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and address inquiries
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Handle package loading/unloading with care and attention to security protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class B) or clean driving record with standard license
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
