In this role, you will define the architectural standards for our protocols, ensuring they are robust, gas-efficient, and resistant to vulnerabilities. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit smart contracts primarily in Solidity and Rust for Ethereum and Layer 2 scaling solutions.
- Integrate off-chain data sources via oracles (Chainlink, Band) to enhance on-chain functionality.
- Optimize gas costs and improve overall system efficiency for high-volume transactions.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to define API standards and ensure seamless dApp integration.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in security audits and implement best practices for cryptographic security.
- Contribute to the documentation of smart contracts and technical architecture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on blockchain or cryptography.
- Deep expertise in Solidity, Rust, and Web3.js/Ethers.js.
- Experience with smart contract testing frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) mechanics and consensus mechanisms.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade decentralized applications (dApps).
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols (Uniswap, Aave) and NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155).
- Experience with security tools such as Slither and MythX.
