Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Lead architectural decisions for new blockchain protocols, ensuring scalability and security.
- Optimize gas efficiency and transaction throughput for high-volume networks.
- Conduct rigorous code audits and security reviews to prevent vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models with blockchain infrastructure.
- Write comprehensive technical documentation and whitepapers for the community.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in blockchain/Web3 development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity, Rust, or Move languages.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms (PoS, PBFT), and DeFi protocols.
- Experience with development frameworks like Hardhat, Truffle, or Substrate.
- Proven track record of deploying and maintaining high-availability dApps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
