Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software architecture.
- Lead the strategic 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends such as Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product and business units to define technical requirements and feasibility.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data security and privacy.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain code quality.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through major digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
