Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for next-generation computing systems.

- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives and product managers to align technical strategy with business goals.
- R&D Integration: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, or TypeScript; deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Future-Proofing: Strong ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt infrastructure strategies accordingly.
