Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning infrastructure capable of supporting real-time generative tasks.
- Design novel neural network architectures that push the boundaries of AI reasoning and creativity.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating multimodal AI systems (text, vision, audio) into our core platform.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical compliance in all AI model deployments.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate 2026 strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production environments.
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically about AI ethics, bias mitigation, and safety.
