Responsibilities

- Advise leadership on strategic pivots and long-term technology adoption
- Author thought leadership reports and present findings to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with futurism focus
- Proven track record of forecasting technological adoption (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, biotech regulations, and sustainability frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
