Responsibilities
- Architect Documentation: Design and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the Project 2026 suite, including API references, developer guides, and end-user manuals.
- Simplify Complexity: Break down intricate engineering concepts into intuitive, accessible content that empowers developers and users alike.
- Content Strategy: Lead the documentation strategy, ensuring content is discoverable, scalable, and aligned with SEO best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to ensure technical accuracy and user-centricity.
- Process Improvement: Implement and optimize documentation workflows using modern tools like Markdown, Git, and AI-assisted writing platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional technical writing experience, preferably in the SaaS, OS, or AI sectors.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and the ability to learn new technologies rapidly.
- Tools: Proficiency in technical writing tools (Confluence, MadCap Flare, DITA) and version control systems (Git).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, a passion for clear communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
