Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning engineering capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead architectural decision-making for complex, large-scale distributed systems and AI integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify emerging tech trends and validate their feasibility.
- Oversee the migration strategy for legacy systems, ensuring zero downtime and maximum performance.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices and cloud-native methodologies to accelerate deployment cycles.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, and microservices.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate abstract business goals into concrete technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving critical infrastructure challenges and leading teams through technical pivots.
