Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data Science).
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify passive candidates in the SaaS market.
- Conduct thorough technical and behavioral interviews to assess cultural and technical fit.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) to optimize recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a specific focus on the SaaS industry.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of closing offers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
